Dear Mr. Dimartino

The reason for my letter is to propose a possible solution to the traffic problem in my city, we need more buses in Maracaibo there aren't enought buses, the existing buses are very dirty,and are in very poor condition, also needed to repair the streets. The traffic moves very slowly, should build new highways, in the morning the traffic is horrible,should be controlled the rates for taxis are much expensive, and the cars cost much more than in any other country. Hte carritos are mostly very damaged, and the train system is not effective, however we need a best public transportation.
